Aesthete, coffee fancier, guardian of two rescue cats, and lifelong artist
Alice's foray into graphic design began when she started using Photoshop in high school circa 1997. (She's at that age when she can't quite remember the precise year anymore.) As a recent transplant to Vermont from Louisiana, she's loved everything she's encountered here to date - cheese, mountains, fall colors, maple flavored treats, the recycling-friendly culture, all of it. However, she plans on bringing authentic red beans and rice and gumbo for her coworkers to try.Alice received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Louisiana State University with honors in 2009. She has nearly a decade's worth of professional experience in the graphic design and web industry. She's produced work for individuals, non-profits, small businesses, and even high level university brands. Alice prefers the Oxford comma. She especially enjoys combining illustration and creativity to create uniquely impactful design. Alice enjoys most art forms - including photography, sculpture, painting, drawing, and most recently, sewing. She loves the outdoors - hiking in it and photographing it. Even though Alice was originally born in Louisiana and spent most of her adult life there, she grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and learned how to ski there. She can't wait to hit the slopes this winter!
